That's one long sentence.... What do you mean by "skips cranks"? Have you performed a proper rotary compression test yet? If not, you need to. It would benefit you to get the engine running for so that its at normal operating temperature when you do the compression test. This will give you the most accurate numbers. When you unflooded the engine, what method did you use? Did you clean the plugs thoroughly, pull the 20A fuel pump fuse, move the wires to a safe spot and crank the engine with the plugs out to blow the excess gas out of the engine?

For the benefit of other humans who may want to read this without developing a massive headache, fixed. Yes, it takes a minute or two to punctuate, but if you have any empathy for others, punctuation is a common courtesy...

When you change the eccentric shaft position sensor, you need to do the 20-time brake pedal procedure. Google it.
The sensor needs to be learned by the computer, and it's very possible that it's misbehaving because it still thinks it has the old sensor.

The P0336 is the code for when the eccentric shaft sensor is unplugged Can't run the engine if it doesn't know where it is in the revolution.

And it's for their own benefits, too.

Can't help if I can't understand you.

Anyway, if your ignition works, I'd then check for fuel pressure and make sure the engine is getting fuel.
