Good morning Rotary world! I’m am very blessed to say these two cars are mine. As you may have had the same experience with our cars they constantly need attention and maintenance! Honestly that’s probably the only downfall to the cars lol. Hope you all have a great time in your cars that’s what it’s all about.

I posted this link the rotary life just to share some rotary love. I have a few friends here in New York / New Jersey areas that all enjoy the rotary and the performance of the car’s they sit in and I figured I would share! If you guys have social media there are pics and videos to enjoy on Instagram and Facebook so go check it out.

What cars at these age don't need care and feeding? It's an enthusiast car.... it's expected. Can't say for the RX7 FD, but the RX8 is quite easy to work on compared to anything from Germany and the new crop of turbo 4-bangers. I find working on the rotary a welcome change.... almost zen like experience it its simplicity.

These cars really aren't that bad to work on. Compared to other cars I've owned its pretty simple. Just keep up with the ignition and cooling system and change the oil and filter often and it never gives me that many problems. Nice cars, hope to one day have my very own FD.

builds meaning what parts do I have in the cars?

I love both cars, I love the experience of the stock twins of the FD and the RX8 handling is second to none, I call it a corner killer. FD is the summer cruise and the RX8 is the daily

i saved for so many years to buy the FD, I never owned a new car and drove junk all my younger years. Almost bought an fd in ‘09 and decided it wasn’t the one, then in ‘12 I found her. The key is patients for sure for whatever suits your lifestyle.

My friend has one but to buy one these days is really pricey. Maybe one day, just as a weekend/fun car I'd love to own one.
