So I’m replacing my rear passenger knuckle assembly due to spindle being cross threaded & stripping every oem bolt I try using, Ive looked everywhere online for tips & videos on how to DIY but can not find anything & I don’t want just jump into removing everything without any idea of how to reinstall the new knuckle assembly

Your main challenge will be removing the ball joints.
I didn't have much luck with the hammer method and ended up using something like this, along with some tactical use of a hammer.
