Rattle noise that gets lower in rpm as i increase gear

This is my first post here although I have read through many threads for help with things. I'm having a rattle noise at high RPM and was hoping someone could help narrow down the problem before I start to replace things that are expensive and more difficult. I have already gone through many threads revolving around a high rpm rattle and can't seem to find my exact problem.
My car is a 2008 with manual transmission ~ 153k miles (high mileage I know) The rattling noise is coming from the front passenger side of the car. In 1st gear WOT the noise starts around 7k. If I then shift into 2nd still WOT the noise happens lower in rpm around 5.5k. This continues through 3,4,5. Maybe 6 I just haven't driven that fast to be in those rpms. If I use very little throttle the noise is almost non-existent. If I shift from 1st into 2nd around 5k rpm or lower the noise then happens higher in rpm (2nd gear) I changed plugs and coils and this led to issue happening later in revs but did not eliminate it. When problem first occurred I got a code for ssv stuck open so I've pulled that and cleaned it and I'm 99% sure it's working as it should now. I have gotten no cel since then but problem has maintained. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Linked is a video i took of the problem. I know my gas is low (some threads mentioned low fuel or low octane) problem occurs even with full tank and I only run 93 octane and premix
