Question (Flashing CEL)

i just got and rx8 like 2 moths ago with 76k ml on it and is at 78k ml now
and i am having a problem with it it dont go over 7000 rpm and if i keep pushing on it my check engine light started blicking why is this happening

Welcome, read the new owner stickies.
Blinking CEL means misfires, usually bad coils.
Coils plugs & wires should be changed every 30k miles.
Misfires kill catalytic converters, if you still have one, you should drop it & inspect it.
Places like AutoZone check your OBD codes for free, get that checked too.

the check engine light blick like 14 times
