Problem starting my Rxɓ8 disconnecting the batteryv

I was having a problem with my radiator using water. I pulled the overflow tank, air cleaner filter assembly and the battery. I found the leak and repaired it, this took about three days. When I put it all back together, it would not start. I noticed that the immobilizer light was flashing, the red car with the key shape on it. My question is: Is there a sequence that needs to be performed after recon eating the battery after several days, to reset the pcm or the immobilizer to start my car.

The immobilizer issues happened to me as well. Luckily after a week of trying everything the internet said to try , it turned out to be a bad battery. I swapped the battery with a newer one and it worked just fine. However before I discovered the real issue , I was somehow able to bypass it by messing around with the engine fuses that are located in the engine bay. This would work 30% of the time. Then while driving it turned off and started having same issue , I was stranded for about 30 mins until I was able to bypass it again. I can't recall with fuses again. I believe it was 15a , and the main one that gives power to all the fuses. Text me on my instagram Jay.vazz if you need me to send picture of the fuses. I do recommend getting a new battery. I just saw your question about the sequence after disconnecting your battery. Put your key in the ignition to position on and then stomp your brake pedal 15-20 times then try turning it on.
