Fully battery car wont start except jump start

I have a problem about ignition ,but I dont sure what it is. at first, it was hardly start take a few crank to start then I took it to a mechanic. he replaced the battery ( i didnt do it myself because I went to Autozone they said my last battery is still good) I took her back home without any problem. I parked her for a week then I took her off garage and try to start her up. she wont start up. I tried to jump start, so she turned on then I took 30 mins of driving to charge the battery. I parked her for couple hours then came back try to start her up, but she wont up and seem like the battery going to die again, so I took the brandnew battery to Autozone they recharged it for me and say my battery was 0% but now it is good and my battery is in a good shape. I went back home install back the fully 100% battery. she wont start up again. Only jump start can start her up, but the 100% fully charged can't start her up. moreover, when I plug the battery in her it seems like the electronic power is not stable . power come up and some time fade away when I turn my key on ACC position( light on dashboard they come up and fade away and come up again you know what i mean?), so I take a look under the hood I heard a noise from ETV's fuse in ECU box, so I took it out. it stabilize the power when I turn key to ACC but it still can't start. Have anyone have any idea about this problem?

clean the terminals and make sure the connections are tight. the clamps are not the best on these care. pull the cables off (neg first) clean them

sounds more to me like a short in the car is causing your battery to have a load on it and not recharge effectively. Assuming your battery terminals and clamps are good, I would list if any aftermarket electronic parts are on the car. For example, a poorly installed security system is one of the more common causes of battery draining.
