Power Steering Issues

I've already searched the forum and cannot find any useful answers. The power steering doesn't work at all. My 60A EPS fuse blows on start up when connected to the power steering rack. Fuse does not blow when disconnected from the rack. This leads me to believe there's an issue with the PS rack. What would most likely be the culprit? Wiring harness? Thank you!

Agh thanks but ive already searched and done the DIYs. Cleaning the connectors was the first thing I did. I feel its an issue with the rack itself not so much the wiring.

I take it that you are disconnecting power right at the rack, correct? And, if the connector in the rack is mated, the fuse blows, and if not connected, does not blow. Right?

If this is not the case, try disconnecting the connector on the rack, and see if the fuse blows. If not, sacrifice one more fuse to be sure it is the rack.
