TX Plasti Dip New Pearl Gloss!!!

If you have never heard of plasti dip, it is a very inexpensive alternative to paint and is removable. You look up more about it but anyways the main reason I never dipped my car before was because I never quite liked the matte finish, but now with the new very glossy top coat coming out that all changes!!

Plastidip is a disease and never looks good in person. It looks great on edited pictures on the internet though and it's cheap so all the lazy half asses love it.

I dove right in and bought the paints I thought I wanted on my car. Turns out the orange was a little bit too dark for my taste. Plastidip isn't a bad way to get an idea of what you want for your car, but yes, friends don't let friends dip their whip.

How did I know I could attract your opinion so quickly. This new product has not even come out yet, so chill. Also why would you care if my car has plasti dip on it, I can't afford a full paint job and the RX-8 I have right now is basically in rehab due to the previous owner. So until I have enough and have finished rebuilding this project I will enjoy having it plasti dipped when the gloss top coat comes out.

I care because it looks like ****, plastidip never looks good. And a rash of RX-8's that look like **** bothers me. Plastidip as a paint replacement bothers me. If it's not worth doing right, then it is not worth doing at all. That is the wonderful thing about public internet forums, we all get to voice our opinions.
