Do you mean advertising the personalized plate for sale? I think you have to have 10 posts and 30 days to post elsewhere. You need to advertise it on the For Sale/Wanted section.

Monchie, selling of personalized plates is a sizeable business in the UK. You can tell he is in the UK because he refers to an "03 plate" 
Rob, Monchie is correct, there is a time and post count restriction on creating threads outside of the new member forum. I recommend reading the announcement at the top of this subforum, as it has that information.
When you do post the plate for sale, I highly recommend that you post it for sale only in the European Classifieds section.
