Only one post in 6 years?

Apparently I haven't really posted much in here. Tried to start a new thread and got denied. I was looking around for information about how many post is needed to start a new thread and got distracted by a few stickies. What is the requirements for that? I'll probably find it before the first response, but feel free to chime in. Otherwise I'll need to have a conversation with myself. I'd hate to get into a one person argument and lose.

BTW My car is an 05 with about 94k on the original motor. II got it back in 2011 with only 45k on the clock. It is happily still running fine even after having it on track, messing around at drift events, and to several autocross events. I'm a driving instructor at the FIRM and surprisingly haven't used the car much there. The car is completely stock minus some replacement OE bilsteins and a fatty front swaybar.

Welcome or .. welcome back.

I sort of assumed this info was in a Sticky somewhere, but after 5 minutes I haven't found it, so I'd say it's not apparent enough.

Mods? Maybe we need a more prominent notice to avoid frustration?

I found it. I also forgot where I saw it already. It's 10 posts and 30 days. I have an exciting thread to start, but first a couple more posts around the forum.

I use Imgur.

Or you can just upload them here.

Why not just start the thread here and politely ask a mod to move it later?

Didn't know that photos could be uploaded directly. I haven't been on forums much for a while.

Didn't know that was even an option. What else do I not know?

welcome back!
yeah, Photobucket F'd all their users so most of us just embed pictures using the forum's photo feature. I find with that enabled, I really have no use for a hosting site like photobucket, etc.

2 more posts and you can start your own thread.

I find it surprising that nobody set the Photobucket building on fire. This is 10. I'm going to pull out my **** stirring spoon and put it to work. Time to find out who are the haters and who are the fly by the seat of your pants types. It's all in good fun honestly.

I'm in the same boat. I have only posted 3 times in 6 years and now have to sell my beloved R3 with only 19k miles on it!
