I premix in my rx8 about .5 oz per gallon. But I still want to make sure my omp works so I get extra lubrication. I have no cel but I've drove about 70 miles all under 6k rpm and it seems the car hasn't used any oil at all. Is this driving just not enough to see a difference in oil level or do I have a problem somewhere?

 

That's not nearly enough to notice a difference. If it were, you would be out of oil before the next oil change.

Give it 500 miles, you'll notice it then. Or get a Sohn adaptor so you can monitor the injected oil level.
