Post Normal or Not Normal?

I've been having a couple of issues with hot starts and I just wanted to know if they're normal or it's a legitimate issue that needs to be taken care of asap. I have a couple of videos of me starting and cutting the car off and I just wanted to know if it seemed normal. I started the car, let it warm up for about 5 minutes and drove about 15 minutes to get some food, cut the car off when I got there, ran inside for about 2 minutes, came back out, turned the key to the on position and let it sit for about 15 seconds and then started it and it started as shown in the video, if it's any use it was about 54 degrees fahrenheit outside and raining.

(I know it's a trashy starter, but it's the quickest automatic starter I could find that wasn't the stock one.)

I'm not sure what we're seeing in the first video. You just turned it off?

The second video, seems like the start is a bit longer than usual, is it like this every time?
How old are spark plugs, ignition wires and coils?

Yeah, the first video was me just turning it off, just giving the most info I can, plugs, coils, and wires are 2 months old, I bought them all at the same time and replaced it all 2 months ago, it doesn't start like that every single time but it isn't crazy uncommon, that was actually one of the worst starts I've had.

FWIW, should start right up like any ordinary engine car. If it doesn't, there's a problem.

Maybe not as smooth as any other car but it definitely shouldn't be as bad as mine in the video, I think I need to clean up some parts and replace some others, possibly even get a new starter..
