Hello again,

started today early and with a angle grinder to the mainfold.





it was just 5 mins of grinding then back to the porting bits.

 

you can see the factory mainfold porting leading into to open round pipe, and the size of the air injection ports.


and the starting point, just to show how cheep these header are and what is required to make it just close to factory performance.

 

Tomorrow's job is too have a look with fresh eyes and more work on the manifold.

The rest of today job is to finish cleaning the engine and gasket, I will be reusing the muti layer exhaust gasket + sealant to make sure it air tight.
