New Member - Head/Tail light Help

Hello everyone. I am a new 2005 RX8 owner. My car is in great condition except for the lights. The tail lights are cracked and the headlights are dirty. I need to replace the tail lights and was thinking of switching to led?? I was going to with the headlights at the same time to have it all look the same even though I know I can clean them.
Any thoughts or suggestions before i go crazy on the world wide web??
