New to me RX8 - No Start

Hello.

I purchased an RX8 as a project. First time tinkering with rotary engines so I'm looking for some advice. Previous owner said the car "wouldn't start". First thing I did was do a compression test test using the RCT v5.2. Here are the cold numbers for the front rotor, trailing edge:
Raw: 74, 68, 72 PSI @ 254 RPM
Normalized PSI: 75, 69, 73
Normalized Kg2: 5.2, 4.8, 5.1
Normalized Bar: 5.1, 4.7, 5.0
Normalized kPa: 515, 473, 501

Didn't even bother trying the other rotor since the numbers are so poor for a cold engine. (Worth trying anyway?). Didn't try to start it either- the fuel pump nipple is leaking so I need to take care of that first.

I'm getting ready to buy a Mazda Reman but want to be sure I'm not overlooking anything. I don't suppose anyone's invented some sort of rotary elixer?
