New here
What’s up, I’m new to the rx8 platform but not the rotary engine. I’m trying to find a SOHN adapter kit but can’t find one anywhere. If anyone is selling one or knows where I can find one, I’d greatly appreciate it

Ryan rotary performance has a similar product to the sohn kit
I believe the sohn kits were being sold on ebay, but I bought mine about 6 years ago.

still to this day an unproven and imo pointless modification, the only reason to install one is on an application where there exists no other way to inject oil into the engine that otherwise is not convenient to use pre-mix. Like installing a rotary engine in an airplane, which is why the Sohn product was developed. There’s never been one documented engine on here that was proven any better with one than without. IMO it still remains nothing more than a mythical feel-good mod. I wouldn’t waste my money on one, or yours either.

For sure with team on this, although I will say there is the benefit of not having to check your dip stick every gas stop. The sohn kit gives you a really quick way to just pop the hood and see where the level is at. Also having the visual level can help you monitor consumption or lack of consumption if your omp/injectors had issues.

And absence of evidence is not evidence of absence.
To the OP, if you are still here, do research if you haven't already and you will find there is no reason to call this modification pointless. In fact its benefits can be easily determined using common sense.
Decide for yourself.
