Okay. So. Went and got my alternator tested today, and it was fine. I got a new battery because the other one was dead and I still had a warranty on it. I came back and put everything back together and it's SUPER close to turning over, it just won't start. (I got it to start once, but it dropped idle and died. I'm guessing because of the computer being reset?) I'm really out of ideas now though. I don't think it would be the motor because it ran like a champ last time I push started and drove it. It just wont start

Mine always started after doing work.
Did you try deflooding it again?
If you did have a bad battery, it could still be flooded from before.
I've pulled the fuel pump fuse and used the method from the DIY thread.

If that doesn't work, check your air filter and intake for oil, clean your ESS and MAF sensor.
Don't forget anytime you disconnect the battery or clean the ESS, you need to do the 20 brake stomp.
