Need help identifying front bumper screw or bolts

So I decided to install a Shine front bumper myself and save some bucks. I'm replacing the aftermarket bumper that was on the car when I bought it. Unfortunately it looks like whoever installed the last one used different screws or bolts then the factory, they don't really tighten just kind of keep spinning in the hole. I posted some pics, can anyone help me identify what type of screws or bolts I need for these particular holes? Any help would be appreciated...

if you mean the ones with no heads, they are not bolts. use a heavy knife, or a screwdriver, in the gap between the cap and the thin piece of plastic just below it. once it pops up, you can pull it out.

if the metal under has no threads you need one of these slide on clips to hold the screws.
it all depends on whats under there.
