I was thinking about buying an rx8 that is blacked out and has greddy exhaust greddy strut bar and cold air bumper side skirts and it might have nos it looks nice and the price I 4500 it has 106000 miles and the engine light is on but the car runs good and the ac won't charge is this still a good deal?

You need a compression test and quite a bit more information, including what that CEL is for.

With that much information though, I would say walk away.

I think the price seems okay and the issues could be fixed and changed, but if you can afford to do it, then i guess its fine. Get a compression test though...good luck!
