My (soon) New RX8!
I found a 2004 Rx8 that was bought to use as a parts car because it had very low compression. The guy took the wheels, passanger door, front bumper, headlights, and some other things from front clip. He only wants $100 for it, and it has a clean title! So I'm going to buy it and haul it home on a trailer and rebuild the motor. I'm assuming the apex seals are bad, since there is low compression?? I'm really excited to get this thing and build it. First rotary😊 any tips or suggestions on maintenance, upgrades, turbos, etc..? Thanks, I'll put up pictures as the build goes on! Planning on it being a nice car, I'd like to see 500hp but don't really know how streetable that would be. But then again my mustang is my daily driver, so it wouldn't have to be super streetable. Thanks!

There's plenty if advice for the questions you ask here at rx8 club. Make sure you read the threads in Williard's sig. Then read all about turbos, power and anything else you can think of PRIOR to asking questions, as this site is a bank of knowledge that has existed for the 12/13 years the rx8 has been available.
