OK, I'll fess up - I DON'T own an RX-8

BUT! I got the seats! Does that count?

I hope someone here will be able to help with the wiring colors to the heated leather seats. There does seem to be a lot of difference from what I have read elsewhere so far as to the wiring colors.

I wondered if the wire colors where because seats (mine 2005) are made by different Mazda suppliers. Or maybe year on year, Euro/US etc changes.
Can anyone enlighten me on this. The wiring diagram(s) is a bit vague on this point - or maybe I'm missing something?

If you are wondering I bought the seats because of the excellent press they get for comfort. They are to go in my 1972 VW Beetle (The original VW seats - I've sat in better deckchairs on the beach)

Having the RX-8 seats in my posession I have to say they seem to be great value on the second hand market, and every bit as comfy as they say.

Any pointers welcome.
