Well my Rx8 nicknamed Nata-Cat is gone. She was named after the love of my life and soon to be wife Renata. They both have nice hips

She was hit from the rear by a driver that was texting. She hit me at abou60-65 mph no breaking.

Damn these negligent drivers should be taken off the roads.

 

Wow, that is really awful. It really sucks to lose a car you love to someone else's negligence and stupidity. I fell your pain. I hope their insurance is doing something for you.

 

Apparently in the GTA the fines for texting while driving have gone up to $1,000

 

Not ok at all, herniated disk in my back and my right legs gives away do to never damage in my back.

Fighting with her insurance company to pay for all products that was in the car. This car was the marketing platform for my speaker company. In just had invested over 12 grand into the car for MECA and IASAC competition.

Her insurance company called mine saying they would take car of it all, once they found out it was a custom car they started to stall. So i went back to my insurance company and they paid for the car. But i had to get my lawyer involved on the PP side also. They where given 60 days to pay me or they wil be sued on a bad faith case which in Georgia is 3 times the amount asked for. They have 38 more days.

 

That's really too bad. You gonna replace it with another 8?

Gravey, last time I checked it was $500. I think it should be immediate arrest for 30 days and 6 months suspension. I have seen some really crazzy scary collisions on GTA roads while people are buzzy texting..

 

Well i am looking at getting another 8 when it is all said and done. But for now i put my SC400 back on the road. Ioved my 8 and i miss her ��

 

O ya what strange after the accident she smoked so bad i it was started. I mine like thick white smoke so much you couldn't see. Then like a week later she would not start and larger. Anyone have an idea why. Someone said the shaft my have been shifted.
