Mazda rx8 mileage ?
So I just wanted to ask your opinion about putting to much milage on the rx8 ? When I first got the car it had 108 thousand miles and in less then 3 months I've put 4 thousand. I travel a lot back and forth so Is it bad for the car ? Should I get a second car to do the traveling? I just love the just rx8 and doing long trips on it. What do you guys think?

Driving a lot is only bad for your wallet, not bad for the car. It just increases the rate of maintenance and refueling, etc...
4 thousand in 3 months is ~16,000 a year, only slightly higher than the average annual milage used by most insurance companies.
When I bought my 8 back from the guy that I sold it to in April, I put 11,000 miles on it in 11 weeks. 10 months later, I'm up to 25,000 since buying it back.
16k annual is nothing to worry about, just drive it and maintain it accordingly.

Driving a Porsche or other high initial cost, high maintenance car would cost you far greater. (And the community members are not as friendly as RX-8 club members).

Well, would you get a second girlfriend because you take long trips in your first girlfriend? It's a little bit of that. Just buy her things on a regular schedule so she doesn't complain. It will cost you more in rubber and lubricants, but that's the same if you took long trips in any other... car.
