Low wheel sensor circuit voltage??

Hi,
I shouldn't even be considering this car but it's fairly low mileage for its age (2004, 97k km/61k miles), very cheap, and the body's in excellent condition.. but it's an accident repair and the owner states the following in his ad:

The traction control, abs, and speedometer aren't working right. There is an engine light with a code for a low wheel sensor circut voltage or something. The wheel sensors are essential for the traction control, speedometer and abs. So I'm pretty sure fixing the wheel speed sensor problems should solve all the other problems.

Does that sound realistic??

Yes, it sounds accurate. It sounds like the accident (or the accident repairs) damaged one of the wheel speed sensors. Getting the correct code will tell you which wheel speed sensor, and it should (Repeat SHOULD) only need replacing and those problems will be corrected.
