low rpm misfire

So the issue started with, bad 93 octane gas so my 2005 6mt usdm 6 port started having a misfire under 3k rpm. First changed the cat. Better but no cigar. Second came coils. Again better. Next I changed the dirtiest at filter ever, and, cleaned the maf sensor and throttle body. Checked for vacuum leaks and there are none. None of this, fixed it. Next I cleaned the ess and cleaned the kam and did the 20 brake stomp. Next I just ran,it to 9k rpm a few times and wow it actually started to get better. Today i found the issue. Changed all 4 plugs and the leading plugs were brown, which is great but both trailing plugs were totally black which means carbon buildup. Got it,all done and I have never ever seen my 8 run this good at all rpm. I'm very happy about this, so happy in fact that I made a thread just for it so anyone else with a similar issue could see all I needed to do to fix a low rpm misfire. Using this site has definitely made a huge impact on my ability to work on my 8 and troubleshooting is so much easier with all the diy write ups and stickys, I'm really thankful this site is here.
