Hi,
I've noticed a loud tinny rattle around 2.5-3k rpm that kind of sounds like metal vibrating. Can't hear it before that or after 3k. You can sometimes hear it as the engine is first turned on which is what's making me think it is just something loose however having a nightmare trying to find it.

The lower part of the heatshield has a tight hose clamp on it to stop it moving, the last owner put a decat on it, from ebay I think. Its run on 99 octane and premixed. Starts within 1-2 seconds hot or cold and feels as powerful as before I noticed it, granted it is my first rotary. Picked it up 4 days ago and done around 360 mile since as it was a long drive from where I got it.

its a 2006 pz and otherwise runs fine.
