LHD/RHD Rear End/Subframe Differences?

LHD/RHD Rear End/Subframe Differences?
My new to me RX8 has a rusty rear end.; all the trailing arms and the subfrsme itself are rusted. I belive its likely easier for me to rebuild a new one outside the car and just drop the old one out.
I've seen some RHD/JSPEC rear ends for sale on ebay and don't know if the are the same. I know the front is different (obviously) but what about the rear?
