Gonna need a lot more specific information. But the obvious question is, have you checked the O2 sensors wiring? Which sensor is it complaining about?

Every time I drive the car I get a different engine code sometimes it reads low voltage on the O2 sensors sometimes it reads no voltage on the O2 sensors and then sometimes it reads high voltage on the O2 sensors and then it also throws codes dealing with the sensors underneath the intake it's a different code every time I hook up my reader

So that bank 1 sensor 1 is your front O2 sensor. Sounds like it's very damaged, or the wiring to it is.
I wouldn't drive the car like this.

then it also throws codes dealing with the sensors underneath the intake it's a different code every time I hook up my reader
Specific codes please.

It's possible there's an electrical issue that's playing havoc with your systems, but lets confirm physical damage to each sensor first.
Maybe clean your grounding points and battery terminals just in case.

Well the two codes that it keeps throwing now is p134 p130 and then on both of those codes it tells me low voltage no voltage or high voltage every time I hook it up it reads different

A little bit of mist wouldn't cause an issue for your starter. Would be either a bad battery or starter unit if its not cranking fast enough to start.

Could be a coincidence.
I had some weird fuel pump issues that seemed to occur in certain situations, but it eventually progressed to more random occurences.

Check your terminals, they tend to stretch.
Wouldn't hurt to shim or replace them if you can move them by hand.
