Kinda concerned atm.

So today I decided to pop the hood on my little Mazda RX8 and I came across a disconnected connection. Can someone tell me what this is and why it is disconnected [besides my current speculation that shop jobs are a total waste of money]...

That is your Baro sensor......the hose is supposed to look like that. It is still functioning OK

The clip is broken off...where the bolt is :-( Just zip tie it up someplace where the hose is pointing down so water doesn't get in there
