Got a diagnostic, reading misfires on 2nd rotor, tech suggested new coils wires and plugs for 957$ from the dealer installed! i had to keep myself from laughing and politely declined the service.
also looking to get a midpipe to replace my burnt cat

If money isn't an option, the get the BHR coils/wires/plugs and while your at it get the midpipe aswell and have everything shipped in 1 order.
You should just about have everything at the same cost as the dearler installed stuff

Thats my worry, i can afford it in about 2 weeks to order everything, but i dont want to go that long with misfires and burnt coils, although i am still under the engine core warranty....
I just dont like the idea of waiting that long to do the repairs, ending up possibly stranded or with a broken car

Skip the midpipe, the only benefit over a gutted stock cat is a difference in sound. It's not worth $400 compared to true upgrades.
Gut the stock cat that you have for free, the loudness is basically the same as stock.

yeah i'll probably just end up doing that...
going to have to get some autozone coils for a while until i save up for BHR, easiest option for me and fastest, i'd rather not be driving around on fried coils for the next 2-4 weeks
I'm new to car repair in general and have always had someone help me with maintenance work performed by myself, maybe i can bribe one of the central florida older members to help me out with the install... i think one of these guys is in orlando
