I've had my White 05 MT rx8 for 3 and a half years but I'm new to the forum. And by new, I mean I finally registered after years of reading all of the helpful information you guys have posted here.

My name is Mitchell, eiscego works fine though.

I've recently joined because I'm having trouble diagnosing my problem and joining conversations may help me discover my problem and help others with theirs as well.

Based on what I've seen and read, I'll try to avoid posting new topics unless a thorough search has been done!

Welcome to the forum! We'd love to see pics of your 8 and will do our best to help you diagnose the issues that you're having!

 

It's certainly not unheard of. I am just getting a P0171 intermittently. I haven't noticed any symptoms really. My research keeps bringing me back to the fuel pump/filter, but i don't know. The colder it gets, the more it turns off. It never stays off long enough to pass emissions though.

Don't feel obligated to reply in here, just getting started.
