How to unplug the Audio unit?

How to unplug the Audio unit?
I can get the unit unbolted but I just cannot get the plug out of the back of the unit. As I don't have much sight on connector and my fingers are like thumbs can someone describe the plug?

Alright so you can use this to add an aux port if you wish...but solid step by step on how to remove the unit and what the plugs look like.
