How long do the HID headlight plastic lenses last before you get the fogging/crazing? I have some mild fogging/crazing on my just purchased '08 and the car only has 24K miles on it. I'm planning to replace the lights and wonder how long I can expect them to hold up. I've tried to restore them.. It OK, but would like them to look as new.

Mine an 05 and they are the same as the day I bought them.

 

Same with my '06.

I have a garage at home and underground parking at work. I wonder if that matters.

I clean mine whenever i clean the car. It's not as clear when its new, but its better than hazy...
