How to drive rx8 in hot weather

Well this is embarrassing but here it goes.. After lots of checking and self diagnosing ( Which failed obviously). I met a local guy, All he did was hear that continuous " Krrrrr" sound coming from front even when the engine is shutoff. After that he got under the car and pull a piece of broken insulation sheet touching the Shaft and Boom, Problem is fixed.According to him the Broken insulation sheet was still touching the shaft ( Which is moving even when is vehicle is switched off during mobility) and making that " Krrrrrrrrrrr" sound. What a Genius Guy. Loved the diagnosis.
Its funny that many of mechanics here told me to get the wheel bearing to fix that sound but no one but this special person diagnosed it perfectly and did the fix in 5 minutes at NO COST. So, it means that all mechanics are not genius, they just play fluke.

Need one info. I gutted my CAT, but at cold start i see blue smoke from tail pipes for a minute or two and then its gone. Is it normal with the gutted cat? if yes, then great and is there something i can do to avoid the blue smoke? If not normal then what is the reason?

Could be water vapor, could be coolant, could be nothing. If it smells like coolant then you have a leak somewhere. If it smells like normal exhaust then it's probably water.

What are the conditions? Does it happen every time, or just after sitting overnight? If it doesn't have a distinctive smell, it is probably nothing. I can't say for certain.

I think its pretty normal. My car has a gutted cat and it smokes a little at cold start as well. It's light blue smoke. Happens for like 2-3 mins and then stops. Been doing it ever since I gutted it. It doesn't smoke a lot right?

BTW, Yesterday was 101F atmospheric temp and my car with AC on while idling and driving reached at 194F maximum. Strange thing is while idling with AC on, temps drops sooner than when im driving. That's weird right? because temps should drop while driving in 4th or 5th gear with AC on But mine is dropping temps at both cases.

Yup, doesn't smoke much, just at cold start for 30 seconds. I believe you are right that after gutting, this is normal.

Regarding the temps, when you turn on the AC on a hot day, it forces the fans to go on high speed.
Another thing is speed. Even if you're in 4th or 5th, you must have been doing 50-60kmph. And the RPM must have been around 2000-3000 rpm. That means the engine is genrating more heat. At idle, your RPM is around 850. So less heat. Less heat = easier to cool down
To REALLY drop temps in my car, I have to go around 100kmph for at least a minute. Then I'd see the temp drop to around 190F. So maybe you need more speed
P.S.
It's amazing how your car never goes above 194F in 101F weather. You must be having so much fun. How long are your drives usually? A few minutes of driving or a few hours? If I idle my car in similar weather, the coolant temp would slowly climb to 220F and will not go down until I turn off the AC, or turn the heater on. I was in a friends S2 the other day and we were stuck in traffic at 100F weather, and his car too went up to 219F and couldn't get below that without turning on the heater.
You're really lucky man

Yeah. Don't worry. Pretty sure it's normal

I will give you an update also when the temp here reaches 107F.

Update : 104 F here today, Drove my 8 for 1 hour and the result was awesome, With cooling kit and radiator foaming and with the AC on, the last my car seen was 197F. and those readings are for idling and smooth drive with AC on. While pushing my 8, i saw maximum 200F. So all and all, a good cool Rx8 at 104F.
Still my country has room to go to 107F Ambient temp so will give you another update at that temp.

Final Update : Last couple of weeks were really hot and ambient temps did climb to 110F.
As far as the cooling mod in my car is concerned, it is still doing perfect and i am NOT seeing 200F with AC on in this extreme weather as well.( Currently its raining now.. thank God)
So all in all this MOD makes my 8 Perform and work better. Water level never drops in the water reservoir tank. The only thing that do get really warm in this weather is my transmission and i can feel it under my gear stick.
LASTLY, i also notice that in rainy or cloudy humid days, i sometimes see little white smoke from front oil coolers inside the front bumper. is it normal? as i see no leakage from those coolers.

the point is to make sure the air enters the front dam passes the rad instead of around it.
