HELP...In need of Mechanic

I am looking for a mechanic anywhere in Ontario that can help tune my rx8. It had a turbo installed and just switched to a stand alone ECU but still isn't running the greatest. It definitely needs to be tuned. Please help.

Also, what engine management do you have? If it is Greddy E-Manage, throw it in the trash and get something else.
Is it a custom turbo install or a kit from a particular company?
