Well you have a large vacuum leak and some kind of cooling issue because the car shouldn't ever be at 217F unless you took this freeframe during a hot lap.

Looks like that tripped with the car off... speed zero. Load zero and MAF 0... temp is likely just heat soaked after.it was shut down

Def a vac leak... and a purge leak as well... I would check the purge solenoid. That could account for both if it was stuck open
