Header Removal

Im having no luck finding a DIY for stock header removal. Anyone know how to do it a different way rather than the racing beat instructions specify? Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks!

Unbolt the driver side engine mount top bolt. Take the wheel off if necessary. Do the same thing on the passenger side.

Leave the passenger wheel off.
Jack up the engine and remove the engine mount.
Lower it down and unplug the o2 sensor

Jack the engine up a little again. Move it as far to the driver side as possible. Unbolt the midpipe, then the mount frame and header then pull it off.

It's not needed to undo the drivers side at all I've done it just as above several times now with out touching the drivers side.

Yeah, just support your engine with a Jack and a piece of wood and you can just pull the passenger mount off, 3 bolts and a nut. I can usually leave the engine mount and twist it past but if you have a hard time its only 1 bolt and nut to remove that as well then I find it easiest to unbolt the header 6 nuts (Sometimes the studs come with the nuts, just make sure you instal and torque the studs before you bolt the new header on it matters) and then you can pull the header and the engine mount out at the same time.
