Ya I am I'm replacing the ignition coils and I'm gonna change it from 5 w 30 to 10 w 40 cause rotary revs told me to they said the sputtering could be due to the moister in the air but is most likely the ignition coils and to make sure the air filter is clean

The oil change wont hurt but it wont really solve your problem of sputtering. Make sure you test ignition coils first before replacing them. It may or may not be the cause of your problems.

Testing and diagnostics is everything on this car. It's easy to throw money at it changing parts that dont solve the problems. Do a compression test as soon as possible. Even if your only option is a regular compression tester it's better than nothing.

Compression test results should be 8 numbers: 3 pressures and an RPM for each rotor.

It's impossible to judge the health of a motor based solely on a single pressure value.

6.7 bar at 200 RPM would be good.
6.7 bar at 240+ RPM would be failing.

True, we need the corrected pressures (sea level) and the cranking speed
