Fuel pump

Hi I have a 2010 r3, I suspected some water in my fuel tank.
I tried to power up the fuel pump via the fuel pump relay to drain the tank, i made a mistake and ended up power up the wrong circuit, the fuel pump did end up working, but now, when ever i turn the ignition on the fuel pump relays are clicking continuously, the car wont start, have fault codes, just wondering if anyone had any ideas?
thanks in advance.

Likely fried something in the circuit you were playing with

There is a jumper for the fuel pump in the fusebox under the hood i believe. There was in the series1 cars at least

Wht are the fault codes? Which circuit did you accidentally power?

Fault codes are u0100 and c1306
I'm not sure which circuit, it was just with the fuel relay removed.
cheers.

C1306 is unrelated but kinda weird. U0100 is the ECU being unreachable sooooo... Check fuses, but that might be the thing that got fried.

MIght want to check a wiring diagram for what exactly you miswired.

Had already checked all the fuses, but have just gone back over wiring and found a link, tested all the fuses with volt metre and one side was 12v and other side was 9.6 v but flickering, relays were looking for ground obviously and had voltage at the other side of the fuse but had blown, but showed voltage when tested with test light.
replaced fuse and all ok. Phew....
Cheers
