Angry Fuel Injectors causing this problem?

So I recently bought another rx8. I bought it when it wasnt running. The problem seemed very simple.

I got it home, deflooded the car and checked the plug to make sure none of them were bad.

I tried to turn the car over but it wouldn't, and the plugs were immediately soaked in gas.

I pulled the fuel injectors, the 4 on top and two on the bottom.

Only 3 of the injectors had the seal on the part where they insert into the fuel rail, out of the 6 injectors. The two bottom injectors were pretty dirty.

I cleaned all the injectors and I am waiting for new seals to arrive. Would these dirty/clogged injectors be the result of the car getting too much fuel and flooding itself on the first crank?

The previous owner had told me he shot some fire out the pipe and it sounded like an injector was stuck open. Here is the video of it.

Also, the ignition coils are brand new

Yes, leaking fuel injectors could be a direct cause of flooding the engine. I would have all of them flow tested to ensure operability.

After I replace the seals and put them in the fuel rail, if the car doesnt fire, what should I check next? How should the primaries and the secondary injectors be put in? specific ways?
