If no luck, it might be time to remove the OMP and make sure it's correctly aligned and clear of obstruction.
I do have another question, as I will be working on this, this weekend, but I have read about the Sohn adapter kit, and I guess my question is, even though I am getting this error, if I purchase this kit will this solve the problem? or does the stepper motor have to be functional ? Just looking for alternative fixes, since a new OMP is around 12 to 1500, and I don't really want to try and purchase a used one due to the failure rates

You need the OMP to work, the Sohn only changes the source of injection. Many (most?) OMP problems I've seen here were the result of incorrect installation following removal, rather than actual failure of the OMP. They don't just up and fail. Worth a try to redo the installation before spending money.

I agree I will be cleaning and checking the wiring this weekend, before I do anything else, I was just wondering if there were other ways to get around spending the hefty price tag to replace, just incase this does not solve my issue... Also I was thinking of doing a engine flush, but it seems in most threads I have read its a 50/50 Some say don't and some say you can.. What is your take on using engine flush? Cause I do want to change the oil and swap out to Royal Purple

Alright update..

Finally changed out the SSV Solenoid, that code has now been corrected.. Coil packs replaced, and plugs and wires have been replaced now as well

Now as far as the OMP goes, code is still there after inspecting wiring, and cleaning and dielectric greasing the connectors, can clear the code but after about 10 seconds or so it comes back.
