VA Engine Removal

Hey guys,

So compression is shot in my 05 AT and its time for a rebuild/replacement. Id like to pull the engine myself more or less and was hoping there was someone in the Hampton, VA area with some experience who could help me. Im a E3 in the Air Force so i dont have alot but I would be prepared to pay a reasonable price for the assistance. Im mechanically literate but have never pulled an engine or done anything more than basic repairs and maintenance. Any help or advice is very appreciated.

Check the DIY forum for engine removal. There are a few good ones that can help you with the process; at least to prepare yourself.
Usually beer and pizza is a solid payment method. Good luck
