so the lock actutator on my car broke ( dumb spring -_-) so i fixed it and now my emergency lights turn on and stay on for a few minutes... pressing the button that turns it on and off does not work to turn them off. i was wondering what could be wrong and how i can fix it

 

note: they only turn on if i open the door or unlock/lock them

 

Sounds relates to the security system, the lights are meant to flash when you unlock/lock and the alarm is meant to go off if opened while armed. How exactly did you fix the door?
