Decarb?

Hey guys,
Not sure how stupid this question is but oh well.
My rx8 has just over 50k miles on the motor and I was thinking about getting a decarb. However, I just installed a sohn omp adapter feeding 2 stroke directly to the compression chamber, and was wondering if this would help reduce carbon build up enough such that a decarb is redundant?
Thanks

Search. Hint: It's a waste of time.

So, is it compulsory to reply exclusively with "search" to new members? Because, while I very well have searched for information on a decarb, I am quite certain I was asking about its usefulness in a certain context (a pretty specific question which you can be sure I did not come across elsewhere). Furthermore, I've heard a majority say it can be rather beneficial, so you evidently have a unique piece of knowledge to share in saying it's a waste of a time...

Thanks, though.

Only when they ask one of the most common questions and it is obvious they didn't bother to search at all.

Yeah sorry I hadn't yet been exposed to the opinions of big man 9k, I know how that must make you feel.

I had already determined a decarb could have benefits so I was asking about it in a particular context, glad you got to whip your dick out though...

So if your not going to listen, why even ask. Carbon is going to happen, there is no way around it. Good gas, healthy ignition, and a free flowing exaust are key. Also, burning 2 stroke is much cleaner.

No matter what, carbon will still happen and that **** gets stuck on pretty damn good. Seafoam wont take it all off

Well, had you searched, you would have.
