Cold Start Misfire and Bogging

Cold Start Misfire and Bogging
Let me start off by listing the things I have replaced trying to track down this gremlin:
-Spark Plugs
-Plug Wires
-Coil Packs
-Gas Cap
-Front Rotor Injectors
The problem is that when I let the car sit for 4+ hours and go to turn it back on, it revs up and backfires for 2-5 minutes, while doing this there is a chance that the misfire light will start flashing. When it is done backfiring and calms down, the CEL stays on saying that there is an evap leak. Then when I try to drive it, it bogs down and shakes near 2000 rpm until the car starts moving. Something that may seem unrelated is the fuel line sounding like someone is slurping through a straw. All this except for the sucking sound goes away when the car is driven half a mile.
Now, I have gotten it looked at by a general repair shop and they said it was injectors, I bought new ones and they put them on and while the CEL has yet to return, the car still runs like garbage for a few minutes and bogs down.
Seeing as the engine has 20,000 miles on it (replaced under warranty), I find it very hard to believe that it is already toast, so that leaves the fuel system (besides the injectors on rotor 1) as the only potential cause of the problem at this point in my mind.
If anyone else has had a similar problem, I would love to know what the solution is. I am tired of chasing ghosts.
