Climate control blower speed

Did some searching but wasn't able to find anything. Was hopeing for someone to point me towards a thread if already made or would know the answer.

Live in arizona, so summers are pretty hot and I have the misfortune of having an all black interior.

Seems that even on high speed that my rx8s fan speed just isn't blowing hard at all. The temperature is fine, it's just not coming out fast enough to cool the car.

Was just wondering if anyone's upgraded their system for a higher fan speed, or had any success in making the system perform better.

You could try this, doesn't increase fan speed but might help blow colder.
Also replace your cabin air filter if you haven't yet.

I'll definitely do that mod, as even if the results seem disputed 10 bucks spent ain't gonna hurt.

I've changed out my filters, and didn't see any improvement. I'm thinking maybe the system is just feeling it's age at 14 years old.

Just seems like 4 on my car should be setting 2 on others. Usually have to close the passenger vent to force more airflow to me.
