Cel still flash after all coils, plugs, wires replaced.

So I bought this 8 with 90,000km. Dealer had shown me a compression test done on the vehicle about a month ago (he actually brought me to Mazda to see it). I'm pretty sure the engine is working fine because it seems to have quite a bit of power.

Cel flashes then goes solid. if I'm cruising on hwy in 4th gear it doesn't flash very much. It seems to flash constantly when I'm city driving it literally never stops.

I replaced the coils, plugs and wires (one at a time to make sure of correct order) and made sure everything is snug and connected properly. Made sure to listen for the "click" when attaching wires.

It's still exactly the same of not worse. Cel never stops flashing when city driving. I don't understand.. Everyone on this site says a flashing cel can ONLY mean a misfire and if I change those three things then it will fix the problem. Did I forget something?

Ignition is the most common cause of misfiring, but it's not the only thing.

See the misfire thread in my signature right below this post.
