Hello all,
I recently purchased an rx8, however she isnt the prettiest. Its going to need ALOT of work cosmetically. So the owner before me, for whatever reason decided to tear the carpet out of the car, and paint the brown interior red. For whatever reason I will not understand.
however the reason for this post, is finding the seats and most of the other interior isn't hard to come by, as I have all black seats coming. However i am not able to find carpet for this car to save my life.
Is there an alternative that I could do? If so please let me know! Im sure its not an easy task, but this is a project in the works to get it to where I want it cosmetically, and mechanically.

 

I've been looking at interior parts recently, and I'm pretty sure you can buy new carpet. It's just the floor mats that are NLA.

If I'm wrong, and I haven't looked at carpet directly, so it's possible, plausible, and even likely, then you'd just be looking for a parts car. Plenty being parted out here, CL, FBMP, etc.
