Best track brake pads and oil grade

Hi all!

I know this can be very subjective, but what brake pads have you guys been using for track duty with good results and good overall longevity? I'll be driving to/from the track, but I don't care about noise and dust so much. I've been thinking about the Carbotech XP10 front and XP8 rear.

Also, what is the best grade synthetic oil to use for track duty. I know the manual calls for 5W20, but is that too thin for track duty?
I have a Sohn secondary adapter oil tank running 2-cycle synthetic oil if that matters.

Thanks!

I run DTC60 all around and have been getting great pad life and performance.
For oil, my own experience with LiquiMoly synth 10w40 has been great (judging by the UOA's). Mobil 1 of similar thickness also gets good UOA's.

I used XP10 F and XP8 R to good effect. I ran Mobil 1 0W40.
